This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process your personal data when you use clouderama.net and submit a license enquiry, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
The data controller is PARALELEMERGENTE UNIPESSOAL LDA (“we”, “us”), operating the website clouderama.net, established in Portugal. For any privacy request, contact support@clouderama.net.
2. What data we collect
- Enquiry / order data you submit: organization (tenant) name, contact person, email address, phone number, VAT identification number, the licenses and quantities selected, and any optional support contribution.
- Technical data: your IP address (stored together with an enquiry for security and fraud prevention) and basic request information.
- Browser storage: your shopping cart is kept in your browser's local storage and is not transmitted to us until you submit an enquiry.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To process and respond to your enquiry and to act as your reseller — performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To comply with tax and accounting obligations, including VAT records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Who we share it with
- Our distributor Ingram Micro SL and Microsoft, as needed to provision and deliver licenses to your tenant.
- Service providers acting as processors on our behalf — website hosting and CDN, anti-spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and email delivery.
- Public authorities where we are legally required to do so.
5. International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry and order data for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal retention periods (for example, tax law). After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise your rights, contact support@clouderama.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, www.cnpd.pt).
8. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage to remember your shopping cart, and Cloudflare Turnstile to keep our forms secure.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
