This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process your personal data when you use clouderama.net and submit an order or an enquiry, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
The data controller is PARALELEMERGENTE UNIPESSOAL LDA (“we”, “us”), operating the website clouderama.net, established in Portugal. For any privacy request, contact support@clouderama.net.
2. What data we collect
- Order data you submit in the checkout form: organization name, Microsoft tenant domain (*.onmicrosoft.com), first and last name of the contact person, email address, phone number, billing address (street, house number, postal code, city, country), VAT identification number if you enter one, the licenses, services, add-ons and managed service package selected with their quantities, any optional support contribution, the calculated totals and the language of the page you ordered from.
- Enquiry data you submit in an enquiry form: organization name, Microsoft tenant domain if you enter one, first and last name of the contact person, email address, phone number, the type of enquiry, the areas of interest you select and any information you include in your message.
- Technical data: your IP address and the time of submission, stored together with each order and enquiry for security and fraud prevention. To limit repeated submissions we also keep a counter linked to your IP address for up to two minutes after your latest submission.
- Browser storage: your shopping cart is kept in your browser's local storage and is not transmitted to us until you submit an order.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
- To process and respond to your enquiry and to act as your reseller — performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To comply with tax and accounting obligations, including VAT records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To protect our forms from spam and abuse — our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Who we share it with
- Our distributor Ingram Micro SL and Microsoft, as needed to provision and deliver licenses to your tenant.
- Service providers acting as processors on our behalf: Cloudflare (website hosting and CDN, storage of submitted orders and enquiries, and anti-spam protection with Cloudflare Turnstile) and Resend (email delivery). Each order and enquiry is delivered to our mailbox by email through Resend, and an order confirmation is sent to the email address you provide.
- Public authorities where we are legally required to do so.
5. International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
In the website's storage at Cloudflare, orders are kept for 180 days and enquiries for 90 days from submission, including the IP address stored with them. After that they are deleted automatically.
Data held outside the website, such as invoices and email, is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and to meet legal retention periods (for example, tax law). After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise your rights, contact support@clouderama.net. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados, www.cnpd.pt).
8. Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage to remember your shopping cart, and Cloudflare Turnstile to keep our forms secure.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
